FLAT NOZZLES DE-6.7 / DE-10

The flat hot runner nozzles with open injection - DE-6.7 - as well as our flat valve gate nozzles - DE-10 - can only be used in conjunction with our hot runner manifolds. The nozzles are available as standard in lengths of 40 mm to 100 mm. The DE-6.7 and DE-10 are characterized by:

FLOAT-MOUNTING

The nozzle is float-mounted on the manifold. As a result, short nozzles can also be implemented with long manifold lengths. Tightness results from the thermal expansion of the nozzles in the heated state.

OPTIMUM TEMPERATURE CONTROL

Using the integrated 230V heater and the defined sensor position, homogeneous temperature control is achieved across the entire nozzle length.

SEALING VARIANTS

The nozzles can be delivered with a tip seal.

SMALLEST INSTALLATION SPACES

In tool designs with the DE-6.7, nest spacings from 9 mm and with the DE-10 nest spacings from 11 mm can be made possible.

SHORT DELIVERY TIMES

Due to the modular methodology, all standard nozzles as well as their replacement and spare parts can be delivered in the shortest possible time.

HIGH PRODUCTIVITY

The minimal surface area of the injection mold and the use of high-tech alloys ensure that almost no heat is released to the injection mold. This guarantees short cycle times and high productivity.

MINIMAL SIZES

Item weights of up to 15 grams can be processed with both hot runner nozzles. Standard plastics as well as engineering plastics can be processed. The nozzles have optimal temperature profiles with meander-shaped heating.
