3d-printed
insulated mold cooling

The integrated mold cooling is thermally decoupled and nearly contact-free. The cooling water is fed directly into the cavity. The design freedom offered by 3D printing enables extremely effective insulation of the cold and hot areas. 


Mold insert 
and MONOLITH®PLUS

The mold insert is sealed to the cooling system by a sealing ring and actively cooled via a spiral, baffle or inlet/outlet in the mold insert. This significantly reduces the cycle time and increases component quality.

The MONOLITH PLUS multi-nozzle offers you the space for the ejectors through the hot runner nozzle to the inside of your article. This means that your article can remain free of any marks on the visible side.
