First additively manufactured MONOLITH® PLUS MULTI-WELL

The PLUS is the integrated mold cooling system, which is thermannly decoupled in the hot runner and has virtually no contact.

Cooling for the mold insert

Either by means of cooled contact pins in the hot runner or with direct cooling water introduction into the mold insert through the hot runner.

Homogeneous 16-drop elements for
modular hot runner design

The design 16-drop elements enables absolutely homogeneous temperature control.
The design freedom offered by 3D printing enables extremely good insulation of the cold and hot areas.

Balancing
using additive melt channels

Balancing is made possible by the additive structure of the systems. This allows full balancing to be achieved at all 96 points without any compromises.
