DS NOZZLES

Our DS nozzles are designed for use in multiple applications with hot runner manifolds. The nozzles are available in diameters ranging from 14 to 40 mm and lengths of 40 mm to 320 mm as standard. DS nozzles are suitable for open and valve gate applications. The nozzles are characterized by:

LEAK PROOF SCREW CONNECTION

The nozzle is screwed into the manifold. As a result, longer nozzles are 100 % leak proof in the non-heated state. The risk of incorrect operation during heating, resulting in high repair costs, can thus be excluded.

OPTIMUM TEMPERATURE CONTROL

Using the integrated 230V heater and the defined sensor position, homogeneous temperature control is achieved across the entire nozzle length.

READY FOR INSTALLATION

During installation, the entire system can be inserted directly into the injection mold by means of the screwed connection with the manifold. On request, cable ducts and plugs can come already fixed to the system.

SMALL VERSION

As with the “B” version of the DT nozzles, DS nozzles are generally characterized by minimal installation space.

SHORT DELIVERY TIMES

Due to the modular methodology, all standard nozzles as well as their replacement and spare parts can be delivered in the shortest possible time.

HIGH PRODUCTIVITY

The minimal surface area of the injection mold and the use of high-tech alloys ensure that almost no heat is released to the injection mold. This guarantees short cycle times and high productivity.
