TWO CONTROL POINTS FOR ALL APPLICATIONS
The nozzle is supplied as a completely bolted leak-proof unit that is easy to install and operate with two control zones.
OPTIMUM TEMPERATURE CONTROL
Thanks to the integrated 230V heater, the defined sensor position and the innovative insulation and heat conduction system, a targeted homogeneous temperature control is achieved over the entire length of the nozzle.
SMALL DESIGN
The design of the nozzles with the two different head sizes enables a smaller installation space compared to conventional single nozzles.

APPLICATION AREAS SINGLE NOZZLES
The structure of the MONOLITH® system nozzles with the 3D printed connection head makes it possible to use the MONOLITH® single nozzles in pre-series and prototype molds exactly as the series nozzles, which are used as system nozzles in the high-cavity series molds. The process and all parameters can already be determined with maximum accuracy in the pre-series.
The MONOLITH® single nozzles are particularly suitable for technical materials, but can be used with all plastics as a prototype tool for series production.
