The additively manufactured, flat hot runner nozzles with open injection - MONOLITH®-FLAT-7 as well our additively manufactured, flat valve gate nozzles MONOLITH®-FLAT-8-N - can only be used in conjunction with our hot runner manifolds. The nozzles are available in lengths from 40 mm to 80 mm as standard. The MONOLITH®-FLAT-7 and MONOLITH®-FLAT-8-N are characterised by:
The nozzle is float-mounted on the manifold. As a result, short nozzles can also be implemented with long manifold lengths. Tightness results from the thermal expansion of the nozzles in the heated state.
Homogeneous temperature control is achieved by means of the integrated 230 V heater, which has zones with different heat outputs, and the defined sensor position.
The nozzles can be delivered with a tip seal.
In tool designs with the MONOLITH®-FLAT-7, cavity spacings from 7 mm and with the MONOLITH®-FLAT-8-N cavity spacings from 8 mm can be made possible.
The MONOLITH®-FLAT hot runner nozzles as well as their replacement and spare parts can be delivered in the shortest possible time.
With the help of the imprinted insulation system, perfect insulation from the injection mold is achieved in the area of the sealing seat and over the entire length of the nozzle. This results in the highest possible energy efficiency. Thanks to its additive design, the nozzle ensures outstanding performance and leakage protection to the mold. This guarantees the shortest cycle times and maximum productivity

Item weights of up to 15 grams can be processed with both MONOLITH®-FLAT hot runner nozzles. Standard plastics as well as engineering plastics can be processed. The nozzles have optimum temperature profiles with the innovative MONOLITH® insulation and heat conduction system.
