The R4 / R5 - touch screen controller stands out due to its simple operability and high control precision. The software is easy to use and can be individually adapted to the respective requirements, e.g. nozzle or manifold designation, thanks to easy parameterization.

Inspection of the wiring of all heating elements and thermosensors for correct assignment.

INNOVATIVE ALARM

By analyzing various parameters, the leakage, load, sensor and temperature are monitored and, if necessary, the system is protected against damage by an alarm.

SOFT START WITH EVEN HEAT UP MODE

Using this function, the longevity of the heaters is ensured even in the case of high storage times of the tools. Furthermore, the sealing of the so-called floating systems in the heating phase is ensured by the even heat up mode.

ACCESS RIGHTS

Using password protection, user-defined rights can be assigned to avoid incorrect operation and unwanted parameter changes.
