The motion controller for the control of servo-electric drives and cascade controllers is distinguished by its ease of use, universal applicability and implemented safety technology.

TOUCH SCREEN DISPLAY

Comfortable input and operation via touch screen on the tower casing for ergonomic and clear operation.

SERVOMOTOR CONTROL

Up to 3 servomotors can be controlled at the same time, positions, driving speeds and ramps can be defined easily and reliably with fewer inputs.

CASCADE CONTROL

Up to 18 valves can be controlled by the device at a programmable time interval from the “injection” signal of the injection molding machine.

SAFETY CONCEPT

Operational safety is made possible through integration into the emergency stop and protection door systems of the injection molding machine according to the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC

SIGNAL BOX FOR MANUAL OPERATION

A signal box is supplied for the test and retraction of servomotors and cascade, which simulates a signal from the injection molding machine and thus makes the adjustment in the assembly of the injection molding tool possible.

EXTENDABLE WITH TEMPERATURE CONTROL

The control of the servomotors is freely programmable and can be adapted to the respective application.

The control of the solenoid valves for the cascade control has several modes in operation:

Cascade automatic mode:
All valves are moved into position with an individual delay time in relation to the control signal of the injection molding machine.

Automatikbetrieb Kaskade:
Alle Ventile werden mit individueller Verzögerungszeit gegenüber dem Steuersignal der Spritzgießmaschine in Position bewegt.

Optional:
Needle stroke operation can be prevented using an internal or external temperature lock if the hot runner is cold.

Manual mode (test):
Jedes Ventil kann einzeln im Testbetrieb gefahren werden und evtl. vorhandene Lageerkennung (über Endschalter aktiviert) wird im Schaltzustand angezeigt.

Each valve can be operated individually in test mode and any available position detection (activated via limit switch) is displayed in the control state. All control units are extremely robust, in high-quality casing and perfectly processed. Intuitive usability and intelligent technology make it easy to operate without prior knowledge. The integration of the devices into your production is therefore very easy and ensures the uncomplicated acceptance of the devices by the users.
